“I am so glad we found Sarah Halpin to help us with the sale of our income property. My sister and I live in other cities so we really need her hands on help with everything. She found people to do any preparatory work on the property. She scheduled and made sure repair workers had access to enter. Sarah also checked that the work was done well. Her advice on the “staging” of the property was excellent. Through her efforts the sale went smoothly and we got the best possible price. She explained the details clearly and helpfully.
